ELIGIBILITY
Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please handle your crystals with care to ensure they meet our return criteria.
RETURN PROCESS
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know you’d like to start a return, and we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship It Back: Package your items securely and affix the RMA number clearly on the box. Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe transit. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. If everything meets our criteria, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
REFUND DETAILS
