Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are shared equally—50% is covered by the customer and 50% by our store. These fees are automatically calculated and charged at checkout, so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery. Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays that are beyond our control.
