We want you to feel completely satisfied with your crystal journey. That’s why we offer a 7-day, free return policy. Here’s how it works:

ELIGIBILITY

Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please handle your crystals with care to ensure they meet our return criteria.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know you’d like to start a return, and we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship It Back: Package your items securely and affix the RMA number clearly on the box. We’ll email you a prepaid, trackable return label – return shipping is free for eligible returns.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. If everything meets our criteria, we’ll process your refund within 1-3 business days.

REFUND DETAILS

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions: The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS

Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns, as they are uniquely crafted for you.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
